Land transactions fail because a buyer, seller, bank, legal team, and three layers of government all see a different version of the truth. A listing platform doesn't solve that — it hides it.

What I did about it

Built a single governance spine: PostGIS + GeoJSON as the geometric source of truth, Claude AI as the document-analysis layer, and 20+ role-scoped portals reading from one workflow engine. No per-stakeholder rebuilds.

The outcome

One ownership history, one boundary graph, one dispute-detection pipeline — with role-gated views for Buyer, Seller, Government, Bank, and Legal, and KYC/AML + RERA rules applied before transactions execute.
