Most 'family apps' are surveillance in a pastel UI. A real family OS has to respect hierarchy (elders, parents, children) and still keep the data private to the household — not to a vendor.

What I did about it

Guardian architecture: role-based hierarchy with elder oversight, child-safe scoped access, and Firebase rules that enforce visibility per role. Claude reads schedules, health logs, and routines in-context, not across tenants.
